WCFP Mill & Organic Wool

We own a Belfast Mini Mill light manufacturing system that allows us to create our own wool products from sheep to skein.

And we also harvested our very first Certified Organic Wool from our 43 sweet Certified Organic ewe yearlings that were shorn in March of 2024. Their wool and that of the rest of the herd will be available as roving, batts and yarn in our Spring Pop-up Shoppe each Spring.

Check-out this season our own gorgeous Wool Blankets woven on 1940s vintage Crompton and Knowles dobby looms by Bedfellows Blankets in rural Massachusetts.

In addition, our friends at Common Object Studio have even crafted their own line of Furniture featuring our wool - The Oka Chair and The Terra Lounge.

Fall 2025 Farm Tours

Wool Mill Tours will be available at the farm in the Fall of 2025. Tours will include a visit to the sheep and seeing how our wool is transformed through our Mill!

See how our wool makes its way through a series of machines: the Tumbler, Washer, Picker, Separator, Carder, Draw Frame, Spinner, Plyer and Skein Winder. It is a very hands on process to meticulously transform our wool but we think Wool is Cool and love sharing the process!
